Ok here is my problem, SOMETIMES my brakes sound like metal on metal and other times they sound fine. Had the pads changed about 2 months ago, strange...any ideas?

I'd get it checked out.. try to find out which brake it is that is metal on metal and have a brake shop take the tire off and give it a look. Also, check the rotors and see if there is any sign of scrapping. If it's not the brakes, I have no idea what else would sound like metal on metal when you are stopping.

Could possibly be that metal piece on the pads (I think its called a squealer or something). Basically its there to let you know when your pads are low. May want to look at these and see if you can bend it back so it doesnt touch the rotor. Just an idea. Good luck. Later

Yea I will check it out, thanx for your help. Was just checking out Optauto.com to see about my ordered exhaust and found out it was on back order... know anywhere else I can order it?

Check your brakes. If the pads are still ok, you can put some anti-squeal brake liquid or clean the pads off (might have too much dust on them).

Did you have the rotors turned?
If you did they didnt scuff them up.
If you didnt thats the problem.
If you did both they didnt put the anti squeek spray on the back of the pad that touches the caliper.
