I hardley have any money to spend and was looking for some cheap parts for my car. Do you get any type of power from these parts? tell me what you think about these:

$30 intake

$17 front strut bar

$60 exhaust

If you just want some cheap temporary mods that will benefit ya, then yeah go ahead. Like the intake...they all work the same, you are really just paying for a name, their might be slight differences between the gains for the different kinds. Plus if you plan on going turbo anytime soon i wouldn't spend 200+ on a name brand intake. As far as front strut bars, my understanding that the cheap ones tend to bend and not hold up well but again if you want something temporary until you get the money for a better one then sure. Exhausts tend to be different IMO, I would probably invest some money in a decent exhaust vice getting a cheap one.

intake
I would say go ahead and do it, but get a CAI even if you go cheap

Strut bar
I have one of those cheap bars, but I also have the Nuespeed FU bar as well so with the two bars the front of my ride is pretty damn stiff

Exhaust
Im not sure what brand that exhaust is, but it seems as if it is only a muffler and not the whole cat back. I bought my OBX B5 muffler off of ebay and it cost me 9X dollars. Mine looks similar to that, but the silencer is adjustable to increase and decrease both backpressure and noise levels.

I'd say if you wanna go cheap on the exhaust, buy that muffler, then get 2.25 to 2.5 inch piping made if your going NA, if you're going turbo, get 3 inch piping, and just weld on the muffler, however, I'd go for a regular full catback that's already put together. Pacesetter is about the cheapest, you can pick it up for 200ish, or a step up is an OBX full catback, then Apex'i, greddy, etc, but just remember, yea, you can chinch on the stuff on the inside just fine, but it's better to spend the real cash on your engine, cause without that, you just have a pretty thing parked in your driveway

I have an ebay strut bar. It's just fine. I wouldn't cheap out on performance parts tho. unless they are temporary. (if u plan to go turbo, u don't really NEED a cai or header.)

I agree with the other guys, strut bars and mufflers are okay, but when it comes to suspension and the shit that's too good to be true-u know that 12-20hp gains bullshit for your engine and especially the tweaking that involves your computer and ignition systems, you better do your homework and check w/us, coilovers and struts you gotta spend a little money to get satisfaction, if you're not really sure about something, ask first- because in spite the stuff we've all seen before, "the only stupid question is one never asked at all"
