Hey everyone i am looking for the IAT (intake air temp) sensor on my eclipse gs for a cheap mod i got. If someone could help help me out that would be great

Dont waste anymore time, the guy on ebay already screwed you out of a couple bucks, just throw those parts away. That modification does not work on our cars.

Actually it might, but the benefits would be negligable considering the money you probably paid for the equivalent of a $.30 radioshack resistor.

it's located on the back of the intake plenum. Go for it, but don't expect a miracle, or even a power increase.

We were through this over at ASOG too.. modifying the IAT sensor doesn't do that much.. after consulting with a few dodge engineers, the coolant temp sensor carries a lot more weight as far as timing and fuel mixtures than the IAT sensor does.

By adding a resistor, your actually decreasing performance as your car will use a much richer fuel map for a while till it figures out the sensor readings are pretty much bogus.
