now it just for fun because all my money went to my sister and i did some researchnot all of it but some here's the deal to build my 420a with a hahn stage 2, howell rebuild, shop charges (i'm not a mechanic) comes to arround 5500 (injectors not included) about 235hp a little more maybe
ok from ardperformance.com(check if you want and if it is not sold yet i have an email from them to proof) 2g jdm front clip 2795 (35000 miles) tranny, ecu, everything
ok you have the same engine bay area to work with and you need to pull your 420a to machine anyway then you pull the turbo one and compare engine mounts and any other stuff arround or even take a picture so to resume you work your way in and the engine comes with 220hp unless the tranfercase is completely dif which im notsure(of course is a gs't) pls anyone tell me i'm not that crazy you need time i know but you also need time to do the work on the 420a i'

This topic has been asked before, yet the answer remains the same: You can do the JDM swap, but be prepared to drop anywhere from 7K-9K on it. The Cyclone manifold won't fit in our cars, not even in a US spec turbo car. In order to make it fit you have to completely modify your whole front end and front supports. You also need not only the engine, tranny, ECU & TCU, but everything else. This includes JDM water pump, oil pump, vaccumm lines, JDM gauge assembly, custom fans and radiator, etc...
Your best bet would be to spend the $5500 and rebuild the engine with turbo, which would be stage 3 with injectors and a few other minors. If you have $10K just alying around then attempt it, but it will be a very hard and time-consuming task.
BTW: A shop in Charlotte, NC will swap a 4G63 into a N/T. They've done it 4 times already, including a local boy. They even warranty it for 6 months, all this for a mere $5000, hehe!!

IMO, jdm engines are complete crap and not worth any amount of money.

so you spend 5 grand doing the swap then you have to turn around and start modding it to beat the 420a. according to your figures the 420a you described is a base boost setting (I believe what you could make without the rebuild) but with those built internals you can turn up the boost to say 15 psi. how much modding will you need to do on a 4g63 to run as much boost as the 420a. plus when people talk engine swap they talk about doing it instead of a rebuild. Well at some point that turbo motor will need a rebuild too. Any engine at some point will need to be rebuilt so rebuild the cheaper one and get better performance!

justdunno bout you people cause i personally would just build my 420a motor andadd the turbo and all that good stuff... cause the 4g63 has always had problems with crankwalk

4g63's are capable of some nasty ass hp. If you want a 4g63 powered car, BUY ONE, but don't swap engines... its a waste of time and $$.
