27595, What the ??

Ayyight I got a question for all of you out there. See if you can figure this one out. I had my car dyno tested the other day. Horsepower at a whopping 98 freakin horsepower. My car is not stock by any means. If anybody has had problems with the car losing power and putting out such LOW dyno tests, please let me know what I need to do to get this thing running again. Thanx B

Holly wing...that thing is huge.

Anyway,

Do you have a mod list to help us out?

Are you m/t or auto?

In all honesty you will never see really high power numbers unless you go forced induction.

Yeah, the wing is freakin enormous. I get pretty good cable with it though. Anyway, mods are limited to apexi cat back system, intake, cams, cam gears..Just the usual basic stuff. Manual transmission though..Thanx for the help

if your cam gears are off it can really hurt your numbers. you should also do a compression test to make sure all your cylinders are in good shape.. if you are only running on 3 cylinders ya won't be getting good dyno results.. hehe.

I appreciate the help, Somebody told me about running a compression test today, if one of the cylinders are jacked up and reading low, what can I do to bring it back up???

If your compression is low something is wrong inside the block. I.e. head gasket, rings, pistons, valves. Definitely check your cam gears to make sure they aren’t off any. I think a lot of guys have good success w/ 2 deg. advance on the intake and 2 deg retard on the exhaust.

Then do a compression test to see what your numbers are for each cylinder. Post the numbers when you get them if you need any help.
