Find a used cold air intake $100 Used 55mm Throttle Body $125-150
Those two mods are the easiest and provide the best power gains IMO. You can put in new plugs and wires but I wouldn't spend to much on them since they don't do much unless you have a aftermarket ignition. I hope that helps.

The throttle body and cold air intake are the two best mods for our N/T's. Don't spend much money on a exhaust unless your going to spray or upgrade to turbo later. The throttle body is a good feel in the seat upgrade. Bottom end is picked up a good bit. Like I said before the best two mods that you can actually feel is the TB and CAI. I am putting on a AFX/UDP this weekend and hope that will be another one I can actually feel. Good luck in what ever you decide.

I agree. Even though I only have the CAI, everyone on this board says that they notice significant gains from CAI, bored TB, and upgraded UDP's (AFX mostly).
I've also heard from a few people that ported intake manifolds are a good mod. Anyone know what kind of tools are needed to do this, and would it take a good mechanic do it?

well i just got mine on (AFX udp) and i have a CAI and waiting on a tbody to send mine to be bored and let me tell it is worth the 160 it feels like a new car it pulls harder and stronger. its worth it i think you should do the udp and t-body. dont know about tbody but udp is the shit. if u need help let me know i may be able to answer some questions on the install as well as many of the big dogs in here(thats everyone in this joint) keep up the good work and post some pics man..

A bored throttle body isnt worth the price IMO. I think it gives you like 2 hp.

My opinion save up, drive around stock its not that bad, then get turbo, cheap used kits come around every once in a while, or make your own, just an idea.
