ok here is the deal - when i turn the key to let the preassure build up in the fuel lines i loosened the fuel filter and it does not have gas comeing through it till you turn the car over - on the other hand i tightened the filter and opened up the fuel rail and gas shot out at me like it had a pressure behind it - if anybody knows please let me know asap
