27414, save on gas Posted by RIeclipse, Jul-13-02 04:42 PM
hey I seen this on ebay, do you guys think this works??

Super FuelMax is a worldwide patented fuel expander. Increases your gas mileage up to 27.4% and it snaps easily over the fuel line. NO TOOLS NEEDED.
The revolutionary Fuel Saver helps fuel burn better using three patented processes from General Motors, patent 1) # 4,802,931 2)#4,496,395 and 3)#4,770,723.
This device accelerates combustion and burns more of the fuel that is normally exhausted as unburned pollution. Therefore, not only does it save fuel and money but it is also ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. When a fluid or gas passes an external magnetic field, the magnetic moment that occurs re-arranges its electrons on a molecular and atomic level. Because it is fluid the electrons remain in their higher potential spin energy. This is known as the Magnetic Fluid Memory Effect.
In the normal state, hydrocarbon fuel and air both are neutral molecularly repel, resulting in inefficient burn, this creates emissions, which is, actually, unburned fuel. After going past the SUPER FUELMAX device, the hydrocarbon chains are fractured into smaller pieces by resonance, and now positively charged the fuel molecularly attracts the air for better oxidation. This results in more complete burn, thereby saving fuel up to 27.4% and reducing emission.

The theory sounds good, but I'd just keep the money (that's how you can save money ;)

it's bullshit. All ebay mods are bullshit. a good rule of thumb, if you see it on ebay, and it says it's a performance mod, it's not and you're wasting your money.
