i'd say thats a pretty good deal. i have an iceman intake and it works great, doesnt conduct heat either. i dont know a whole lot about the pacesetter headers but i've heard they're decent enough for the price, plus for some reason we dont get a lot of gains from header so if you do get one, i wouldnt spend a lot of money. if you plan on going turbo you can ditch the header, but all in all it sounds like a good deal. you will definately see a gain in performance especially top end.

update: *doh, just read that you already have an aem cold air intake. better you save your money and get that TB bored out or put it into the "turbo" fund or sumfin.
