Intake Air Temperature sensor voltage high/low. Check the wiring and harness and sensor. I am having the same problem right now with mine.

I did check the harness
replace spark plug wires and plugs,coil pack
bypass the MSD
replace fuel filter
its the code 43 thats irking me
I keep thinking this all some how has to do with the egr remove/block off I did

It was a short!!
it was in the wire harness just behind the connector plug I guess I wore it out connecting vac lines to the tee it was not visible to the eye the wire had broken down inside the coating.
