Can any one help me with cam gears??? Do they really help and stuff? Can i do some adjustments on factory cams to get more horsepower? If so, how do i adjust the angles and stuff? Please hook me up with all the infos you got

but, to be brief, the cam gear will give you more hp on stock cams, they are a major pain to install, and you have to remark the AEM cam gears to match your stock ones.
