How did you guys get them off when you replaced your TB. I got a torx driver and tried to remove it but I had to apply a HUGE amount of force and it still didn't give ... the driver did ... the end snapped off. DAMN cheap k-mart torx driver!
Did any of you guys have a tuff a time with those damn things or am I just really unlucky?

yea, i put one on i ported myself and when i had to go to satan for warrany work i droped the stock one when i was going to change them back, broke the position sensor. i ended up using a impact driver to remove them, get one from snap-on the're the best. just hope for the best it dont take much to snap one off. if that happens and there is any of the screw sticking out, get some vise grips, if not you'll have to get it drilled out and threaded. good luck!
