I found a good deal for a 2001 Eclipse GT (6 Cylinder), or the 6G72, but thats a SOHC...

Does anyone know if I can convert it to a DOHC, like the one found on the Twin Turbo 6G72 used in the 3000GT ?

Is there any difference between the 3G Eclipse V6 and the 3000GT TT motors beside that one is SOHC and the other is DOHC ?

the bottom end is very similar but have diff internals... and of course the head is different
