25784, Rebuild is done...but

well I just finished putting the engine back in yesterday after a month of not being able to drive her. First and foremost I want to thank Dino for helping me out with the tear down. I would not be able to do this at all if it wasn't for him. Kudos to Dino. Mark B. just wanna thank you for helping me assemble the engine along with Dino. Another pat on the back for Mark. For all of you who are curious, I did all this just by emails, chat and phone calls to these two guys. No check engine light at all after rebuild. When my pistons went I was leaking radiator fluid through the back somewhere. Came from somewhere near the alternator bolts. Well I thougt I blew the headgasket. I got the new MLS head gasket to solve that problem, at least I thought I did. Now I'm not sure where the leak is coming from, but It comes when I seem to fill it up all the way with fluid or when the car is running. Need help bad someone. Rebuild seems to be succesful, but this radiator leak is what's killing me right now. seams to be 3 different leaks. The other two is from me cracking the thermal housing and the rubber washer in the water pipe is broke, but the one by the alternator, I have no idea. Anyone please help with advice or info.

did you check to make sure the fittings with the sensors on them that are on the back of the block are tightened enough?

There are only 3 sensors on the engine block in the back. I'm pretty sure I got all 3 very tight. This leak is coming from near where the head meets the block. It's driving me nuts.

ok after a semi thorough inspections, the leaks seems to be coming from inside the timing belt cover. I tried to follow the stream of green pee and it seems to be coming from right about the crank pulley. it leaks when you fill it up and it leak pretty bad when the car is running. And it makes a little funny noise from that area. Anyone else?

Sounds like your water pump may be leaking...maybe it wasn't sealed good enough on rebuild..Just a thought..could be coming from that edge of the head too i suppose..your gonna have to get in there to really find out, unfortunately...
