Yeah get it. I did and it shifts really nice & smooth.
It's fairly easy to install.
The only place I know that sells them is www.machv.com
Here's a link to it:

Get it - it's worth it. (I also had my stock shifter cut 2" and re-welded. Best / Fun investment).

I think i got mine from www.machv.com they are only like 20 bucks and feel very nice. Take about 10 minutes to install. They are suposed to make your car shift smooth like a bmw.

As said above, get them they are great. They replace the rubber bushings under the shifter plate. They stop the plate for flexing when you move the shifter, resulting in cripser, more precise shifts. And as said above, gives the shifter a nice clu-clunk sound. It also includes a metal sleeve that replaces the stock one. The new sleeve is a little bigger so it reduces the play in the shifter.

Ill have to disagree here. I had the Symborski shift kit and thought it sucked. It was loud, very notchy, and sometimes I couldnt even get into gear. I got the Urethane bushings from RRE, and I love them. Took about 15 mins to install, and the feel is great. Also, they only cost like $7.

Thanks alot for the input! I'll have to go with the majority here and pick one up. Maybe now when I shift I'll have that "ching" sound like on the fast and the furious!
