ok i was wondering what the side affects of gettin a udp are? i'v read before that you can't have a system ? ? is this true ? and it does something with your ac too ? i'm just wondering because i'm tryin to decide it i should get one, also if anyone that has one has noticed a difference

There shouldn't be a problem witht he system really, but i heard that your ac doesn't blow out air as cold, but only when you are idling.

dont worry about running your system with a pulley... there are many of us that have pretty big sized systems and have no problems... i have close to 2000watts flowing, and my lights dont even dim (it also depends on the amps you are using).. and i know there are bigger systems than mine that are using pulleys. my ac is fine and still blows out cold air, even at idle... but.. you do feel a pretty good drop off in power when you are trying to rev hard with the ac on. i say get one and dont worry about it.

Well the car bogs when the AC is on with or without a UDP, so no worries there. The UDP is probably the best bang for the buck as far as HP is concerned, totally worth it.

i didn't notice any difference when i put mine on there. the only thing was that i needed to tighten the idler pulley more so that it didn't squeek when the ac was on. i noticed a huge difference in hp when i was going and a little when i was at the line. guess i shouldn't have done a gasket matched on my head and intake mani.

Have any of you had your check engine light come on with your udp? Mine keeps coming on and off, even after a reset. Might be something different, but just curious.
