24876, spark plugs Posted by DSMeclipseGS, Jun-08-02 10:33 AM
I heard is I change my spark plugs to the NGK's in the Power upgrade stages I need to change them every 7K miles or so. How do I know when I will need them. Will the car not start? Is is necessary to change them every 7K miles or just a good idea so they are fresh. Just wondering since most people never change their spark plugs.

It's not like they cost that much, I usually just swap mine out when I do the oil change....only like 8 bucks for new plugs so it's not like it'll break your piggy bank...

if you buy platinum plugs it should last alot longer than normal. it will cost more but, you don't have to change them every so often because the electrode lasts longer.
