I have an obx hi flo cat it is nothing but a straight pipe and imho it was worth it. $55 from massive motorsports but I wouldn't recommend buying it from there it took me 2 months to get it. I'd do an intake exhaust and udp first though those gave me the most noticeable difference. Just my opinions though.

even more worth it if you got a lotta miles on it hehe. Running rich will also jack up your cat. I used to get catalytic converter failure codes with my stock cat after my turbo was installed and I got a 3" carsound and I don't get the error anymore.

What kind of power gains are expected?

I got a Airmass from Nopi. The purchase wasn't by choice, my OEM was going bad and stunk so replaced it. I'm more than pleased and it was well worth the $144 I paid for it. Got it in less than 5 days and it went on perfect. as for the performance gains, I noticed more in sound change than in horsepower. I wouldn't expect any miracles, but it's worth the purchase.

I don't think in NA trim we are goign to out flow the stock cat. Even the 4g63 motor doesn't outflow the stock cat in stock trim.
