test pipe will cause CEL on a 2GNT. Benefits: More high end. Why not to get one: Waste of money unless you're pushing lots of power, loud, won't pass emissions.

i remember a o2 wire mod a while back, i have a link SOMEWHERE if you REALLY need it, but basically you put a resistor into one of the lines so it thinks it's reading correctly and you shouldnt get a cel. in theory of course, i never actually tried it.

I just ordered mine from testpipe.com...$40 shipped. It's a good mod if your are Turbo and have a catback. I remember when I switched from a muffler to a catback it felt alot better on the freeway...it'll spool faster and up the boost a little bit. As for the CEL (only applicable to OBII) just run a large resistor inline with the black signal line. You don't need it if you are N/A tho cuz you'll lose some preciuos low end torque.

I also got mine from www.testpipe.com. The only bad thing is you'll have to get mounts welded to the testpipe or there is nothing suspending it for like 5 feet and it hangs funny.
