Made from an old vitamin bottle, an APC (A Piece of Crap) breather filter, and some misc. pipe fittings.... I think it works ok

hey that's ones not bad I've seen ghettoer! People use coke bottles, oil bottles, brake fluid bottles, windsheild reservoirs, coolant reservoirs, etc... How'd ya make it? Just get some bottle and find a way to attack the small ass breather filter on top of it?

Howdy,
I used an old vitamin bottle (it's about the size of a small coke can, only shorter.. then drilled a hole in the cap and used a flared female->female pipe coupling thingy (nipple? haha), and a little umm what the hell's it called.. an NPT? it's like the thing you hook the hose onto.. anyway, i used some o-rings to seal it and used some nuts to secure them to the bottle.. then just taped it with black tape (until i get off my ass & paint it).. i'll take a picture of it off the car tonight.. It took all & all about ~$20/25 to make.. Not too bad..

All it needs now is a coat of real paint instead of the ghetto tape and it'll be nice..

How hard is it to get the oil out of there to put back into the system?

Do you just tap the bottle and twist the cap?

Great work! -Soular

The cap just screws off.. I dunno about pouring it back in.. Just pour it like you normally would.. But i'd use fresh oil

Ghetto????????? I put one of these things on my 1986 Opel Kadett 1.3l!! (I'm in Germany)There was a hose going into the intake, so I pulled off, plugged the hole, and ran the hose into a crunched up Coke can, with an added hole in the top. It really stunk when I was at a light, so I took it off. I left the can under the hood for that alled exhaust rattle. There's some nasty shit inthe can too. I think it was good for .2 hp on my 60 hp beast. Not bad!
