How do I cover up the scratch?? Will It rust?? It's an Apexi N1 catback. tia

i've got the apexi n1 cat back and i've been hitting it for the last month. it's rediclously low, it's the 80mm turbo one so it goes below the xmember, i looked at it today and it isn't actually that bad but i'd like to know what to do to so it doesnt rust on me or something.
