okay if anyone has done this, what size wrenches/sockets will i need? and ive heard that i may have to cut the bolts off with a torch? TIA

There are 2 10mm bolts holding it in place on each side. On the intake exhaust ports - there are 2 studs on each flange. The nuts were so corroded on the intake side that I had to cut the studs off with a die grinder. The flange nuts were so corroded that I couldn't say for sure what size they are, but 16mm seemed to fit pretty good. I used a very thin 1/16 inch by 3 inch diameter wheel.

Its very common to break nuts/bolts/studs when working on an old exhaust. When I work on rusty exhausts, I pray that all of the bolts break. Its just quicker that way.
