Someone in one of the past posts said that the Avenger/Sebring is the same as the Talon/Eclipse from the driver seat up... Some Avengers/Sebrings have 6 Cylinders..., but I think they're 420As.. So could we put those 420A's (the 6 cylinders) in our car? Has anyone done? Has anyone wrote a write-up on it? Thanks

The V6 in the Avengers and Sebrings is the 6G73. It's a Mitsubishi built engine. Same as in the Galant V6. You can only get it as an auto if you pull it from an A/S. There's really no point in trading the 6G73 for the 420a IMO.

Would it still be bolt-in into our cars? Also, I have an auto-tranny in my car, and I would like to keep it, as I'm not like a full time racer, and I'm to lazy to drive a manueal :-) .. Also I know how to launch an automatic, so I really want to keep my auto...
How much power does it get? Is there much aftermarket support for it? Thanks

Definately not a bolt in. It has 163 hp. There is virtually no aftermarket support for it. There's a lot in the making right now from several ASOG members though. By the time you buy and swap in the engine you could have atleast a stage 2 turbo in your car. If you want a bigger 420a then look into the 2.4 swap.
