Always use flarenut wrenches on fuel line, brake line, etc nuts. Your safest bet is probably to get them from the dealer. (mostly since I'm not sure which bolts you ar etalking about exactly :-)). BUt you always want to make sure you get a bolt as strong or stronger than the one you are replacing, or you could cause problems.

I'm guessing that you sheared the heads off of the 2 small bolts that hold the high-pressure feed line fitting to the rail input? If thats so, you should be able to pull the fuel line away from the rail and continue on with removing the fuel rail. When you get the fuel rail out of the car, you can work on getting the remainder of the bolt out. They are standard metric bolts. I forget what size, but you can bring the old bolt to help you find a replacement in the hardware store. They are under very little stress, so you don't have to worry much about strength.
Depending on how stuck the bolts are, you may be able to work them out with pliers from the backside. Or you may have to drill them out and tap new holes, one size bigger.
