Time to mod my shifter some more. I got the Symborski bushings kit a while ago, but I've alway felt I'm not really getting the whole "nice shifting" experience without a short shifter. I was trying to hold off and order the B&M, but it's just too high of a price while I'm trying to save for other mods. I'd like to order one of those custom ones from the guy who makes them. What's his name?

Hey do what I did. Take of the stock shifter - Simple. Take it to a muffler shop - they can cut of 1.5 to 1.75 inches off and weld it back on. AT most cost you $10.00 The guy did mine for Free. Took 5 minutes.
