I have a friend who is real big in DSMs but for the 4G63, he has a low 11sec Talon.. www.slowboyracing.com and wants to put together a kit for me, he said he could build me a kit cheap but i need to find a Manifold to Put a Mitsu or Garrett Turbo on.. Where is a good place to find one?
How much do they usually run? Is it better to just go and get someone to make me one custom or just try to find a used one?
Also if anyone is interested in turbo's, His prices are decent.. he lives in Indiana, Pa by me, and is known on the PaDSM board, he sells alot of these turbos and soon will have Nitrous Express Kits available within the next few mos.

Did you post in every forum or something? lol I replied to your message in the turbo forum. Unless you can get abold of an HRC or Star manifold, you should contact Alain and have them make on for you. They're $250.

Lol: No, sorry i posted in this one, then realized there was turbo forum that would better suit this topic....I've just been using the Engine for the past 4 mos.. and didn't even think about the Turbo forum..

I would try to get a hrc or star one. i herd that the custom ones crack.
HRC list their manifold on their site for $275. That is what i would go with. something you know is not going to crack.

And i heard that there are J-spec 420a out there :)
Cracks in custom manifolds ? yes that could happens
Cracks in ANY manifolds and turbochargers YES that actually happen too
cracks in my manifolds ? many cars are in several stages of construction right now but none of them are completed but a few are close to be including Sicklife twin turbo V6 Avenger
if you heard about cracks in my manifolds someone was lying
And did you knew that the manifold listed on Hahn's website is not the
manifold of the 420a but the 4g63 turbo manifold upgrade ?
try to bolt that on a 420a !

Yes i agree, cracks in manifolds can happen to anyone with just about any manifold..
I have only heard good things about Alains Manifold, it's been recommended by many
