i can imagine how many times this has been asked... is the gst exhaust and gsx exhaust the same.? bolt on i assume to a gs. and a ball park figure for shipping of just the muffler... thanks

The GSX axle back is different.
It will not bolt on, but if you just have the muffler and want the shop to weld it on it will look the exact same. If you the piping the shop will just chop it off.

so then i need a gst exhaust.. and that will bolt on with out extra work?

Yeah that will bolt right up. You only need the axle back remember. You don't need the whole catback because from the cat to the muffler is the same size as the piping on your car right now, the muffler being the only difference.
