21532, Timing off by 1 tooth?
Posted by Talon95Stang, Apr-27-02 01:59 AM
I read that someone was off by a tooth but never got code 11. I did my own timing betl and never got the code either. but could it be off?

My car idles is not so good(never wants to die)but goes up and down
vac goes back and forth from 13-11 at idle
When crusin vac is steady along with rpm

Is it worth checking marks?
Thanks for you help

My timing belt wasn't tensioned right and it caused a bad idle. I didn't get a CEL.

yeah its worth checking out. Its most likely the source of your bad idle problems. btw also check your hoses for leaks. hope this helps.
