Hey, I am not sure where the original post is for this, so I figured I would make a new thread. I went home and looked at one of the factory limited slip differentials that I have. I also stuck an axle in it. the clip on teh end of the axle DOES catch on the recessed area in the differential threads (right before the threads seem to flatten out). the axle also sticks out past the spider gear.

yeah, thanks aromnd. Carl's got a real nice design worked out now, I'll sent pictures and info as soon as their handed to me.

And once I receive the pics of my diff I'll post them for all to see.
