Just the shortblock - block, bedplste, crank, pistons, rods, rings, bearings.
Just say "shortblock" - they'll understand.

Where are you going to get upgraded 2.4 rods?
CNNP has Rage Forged Billet rods for $700 (ouch)
My current plan is to get the old 2.2/2.5 Turbo-2 rods from the dealer...

You don't need to upgrade anything if you don't want but it you are building the block than of course you use big rods.
Who's doing the swap for you?

He could probably do it himself, assuming he's atleast rebuilt his engie before. Would that neon 2.4l swap page help? someone said an eclipse version was comming.

I've found all of the above mentioned for $250, but shipping is right around the same price. BOO!
