well i just finish installing my crane ignition with new style tach adapter timing retard control and map sensor for boost... i started the car within hooking up the map sensor or retard wire and the car runs good at idle light on ignition and tach are bright and not blinking... but when i hook up the wire for the timing retard control and option map sensor for boost etc the car will start and idle, but when i looked at the light on the ignition its sorta dim but on the tach its bright? also on my tr-2 the knob is all the way to 0 degrees counterclockwise, oh yah after looking at the light on the igniton got back in the car and my egt was at 1200 degrees at idle whereas with the tr-2 and map not hooked up its nice at 800 degrees?
what should i look into?

I don't know much about these products.. but judging by what you said about your EGT readings.. sounds like when you have those things on and get the 1200 reading.. something is leaning ya out, which makes the exhaust really hot, atleast that's what I heard.

its been fixed... now my tranny gauge temp is higher the normal =(
