Does anyone know how much HP gain I can expect with the installation of an Injen Intake, Greddy EVO Exhaust, and Greddy Header? Also have any of you tried the Overbored Throttle Body from the Mach V web site, and big HP improvement?

I'd give it 15hp at the flywheel (excluding the Bored TB).

The bored TB should add a couple more horsies, and if you do that and all the other mods at once, then you will difnitely feel an improvement and you car will feel quite a bit faster and definitely have a nicer pedal resonse.

May I aslo reccomend the AFX underdrive pulley...

Here's what I think but keep in mind their power claims aren't cumulative:

The header should provide some peak power and retain it to redline. With the short stack intake and TB I would say 13-15 HP or so, maybe 2 or 3 more. This also includes the exhaust which don't do too much to improve performance in our vehicles on the low end.
With the cost of all that I would do headwork 1st. I don't how much that all costs, so here's a guesstimate:

Exhaust $450
TB $100-$120(core boring at Howell)
Intake, I'll say maybe $75, just to be on the safe side
Headers $350

Now some of these prices are unrealistic but the total is about $975. For that kind of money you could get a full on race head from Howell, Nemo, or similar 420 performance shop or something for the street: Porting, compression and some cams for a total of at least 18HP at the wheels. Some good street cams provide 12 HP plus some porting for maybe 10 more and raised compression for 4-6HP. Again the numbers aren't cumulative so I think 18HP is safe to say with just those 3 things. After the headwork is done the other boltons you 1st mentioned will perform that much better. I just prefer this route because for about the same money you get more power sooner.
