20388, Changing trany fluid but have a problem Posted by Talon95Stang, Apr-15-02 04:12 PM
I was trying to change my trany fluid tonight but only about 1 quart came out. I took out the drain plug and the fill plug but fluid only came out of the fill hole. I dont know what is going on but it does not make sense. I tried to jack up the back of my car and everything. not a drop out of the drain plug. any help.....

Try jacking up the car on the passenger side to get the fluid over to the side with the plug and then jack up the drivers side to pour it out.

I tried that. I dont know what i'm doing wrong. I just gave up on it and filled it back up anyway. It just pisses me off that everything is a hassle.
