2028, Cam gears once again Posted by my420A, May-18-01 03:21 AM On the instructions that came with my gears it says they are for a 95-99 Dodge Neon{?}. At the bottom of the sheet, it says AEM cam gears are also available for Mitsubishi 4G63 and 420A. I know I have basically the same block as the Neon, but will the gears work? I spicifically ordered them for a 95-99 N/T. Has this happend to anyone else? | |

2029, RE: Cam gears once again Posted by eclipse804, May-18-01 07:24 AM Yes its the EXACT same part as the neon motor because we have the same engine. The actual install will be slightly different, but you do have the right gears. They only give you instructions for the neon. | |

2031, RE: Cam gears once again Posted by eclipse804, May-18-01 10:19 AM Hmm weird, we don't use the same gear as the mitsu 4g63. YTou might want to double check the part number you have on the AEM site at http://www.aempower.com. They should be the neon DOHC or eclipse nonturbo. | |
