Whats up fellas just did a compression check on my car and here are the numbers... starting from passenger side:

1-195
2-200
3-190
4-180

Are they any good? Also what does it mean when your plugs are rust color? I think that is running rich am I correct.

Yeah those are all pretty good numbers, but isn't it bad if they are more then 10psi difference from cylinder to cylinder?.Whay year is your car and how much mileage does it have? Rust color is usaully from fuel additives isn't it? Can't remember for sure.
