What is the highest compression and the biggest cams we can run on the stock ecu?

i think whatever setup you want... the problem lies in the revlimiter/fuel cut at 7200rpms... to maximize the potential of cams/high compression, a higher rpm band would be beneficial..
i dun think the ecu will prohibit the use of any forms of cam/comp

To fully take advantage of high compression and cams you'd need to remove the rev limiter, add some larger injectors, a set of adjustable cam gears and an afc. Then make some real power :)

No one has been able to crack the code on our ECU and remove the rev limit. The only way to rev higher than the stock ECU allows is with a Stand Alone Engine Management.
