Anything I need to know about this? Lets say I was going to order a throttle body from howell or such, would it be a direct bolt on for my car?

the throttle body will not be a problem at all. the tranny has nothing to do with the throttle body so bolt away !! and enjoy 5 more hp !!!

The only thing I suggest is to get a new gasket. Otherwise it's easy two bolts and a vacuum line. Very easy install. Make sur eto tighten down the TPS and ISC when you swap them. and really tighten the Tb to the manifold too. Or you idle could be off. Make sure you don'tpinch the rubber o-ring on the TPS and you'll be fine.

Yeah, I forgot about the throtle plate adjustment. Easiest way to do this is either wedge the petal all the way down or have a friend floor the car for you, yes with it off, loosen the two 10mm bolts on the cable bracket and adjust back as far as it will go. tighten then down, release the gas pedal and make sure the throttle plate come competely closed and you are done.
