Well a motor mount is already on your car, its what holds the motor in the car, to the frame. Our cars have 4 of them. One on each side, and a front and rear. I as well as many have put in motor mount inserts, which are pieces of polyurathane that fit right into the rubber mounts themselves to help stiffen the mount and helps keep the motor from rocking back and forth when lauching, keeping the tires to the ground.

Hell yeah the Energy Suspension motor mount inserts are WELL worth the money. Install is like 10 minutes for the front and 1 hour at the most for the back one.

because of what they do, you don't need them for the side mounts (I dodn't even think they make them for the sides) but they aren't needed there anyway.

Well, the prothane kit will fit, but you would hafta burn out the sides and rear stock rubber in the mounts. Only the front motor mount is an insert. I don't know if they list an application for the nonturbos, but the mounts all have the same part numbers between the turbos and the nonturbos, so I think that the prothanes will fit the 420a mounts also.
