i was wondering who do you think will win in a race a 1994 5.0 stang or a 1999 rs stage 2 star kit and some othe little mods , the only thing the stang had was h pippe and intake? what do you think?

the winner would probably be determined by who is the better driver. IMO.

i hope the eclipse would win because they didnt make the 5-liter mustang in 1994. they switched to 4.6 & 4.8 liter GT's...the fastest of which was the '96 i believe...
but even still the eclipse will win...the five-o's ran about 14.8 in the quarter, so you could take one with a stage one kit.

DING DING DING, what do we have for him jonny? hehe.. silverbullet got that right.. the 5.0 was used in mustangs until 95' (last year of the 5.0 mustang) they actually continued using the motor in the explorer limited (was pretty funny, look under the hood of like a 97' explorer limited with a V8, looks almost identical to the 93-95 mustand engine bay).

Yeah my ex-gf had a 95 GT with the 5.0 in it. OMG was it slow as shit too...I got spanked by Si's and got walked on by a 300zx one time.
