hey what's up i have a 95 talon with the 2.0 non turbo.... last december my car broke down due to the cold. i had to put all new fuel injectors in it. since i have done that i have put well over a 500 dollars into it with all the lil idle air control sensor, throttle position sensor, etc. what it does is when i go to take off i have a bad hesitation and when i fully let out on the clutch my car just don't wanna go. it just wants to sit there another second and start jumping till the idle straightens out. and sometimes it will help if i ease on the gas first. it has a really bad hestitation problem. i took it to a eagle dealer and they told me that my throttle body wasn't opening/closing like it should and if i fix it it would take care of it...but i fixed that problem but it's still doing it.... if you have any ideas tell me them cause i don't like my car running the way it is...which is pretty shitty...just post it up or you can email me at phatridedoin140@aol.com

first go check the air filter, hold it facing the sun if you cant see light through it then its a problem, second, pull your plug wires and look inside the wires and on the coil pack to see if there is any corrosion. try changing the plugs if they've been fouled you cant always tell by looking at them. either your not gettin enough air or not burnin the fuel

its definately air or fuel prob.sounds like fuel im still learing about injectors and duty cycles and all that but maybe its your FUEL PRESSURE or check your fuel pump it may be going out also it could be as simple as replacing your Fuel filter....good luck and God's speed

i just wanted to let you know that i have put a tune up on it cause that was my first guess... i put a new coil pack and fuel pump/filter and had to replace the lines cause they kept twisting on me as well(nothing aftermarket) but i would say it has been about 2 months ago. i also can take my air filter out and hook the box back up and i can still achieve no progress i know i look at it today and while doing the key dance no. 51 came up on the codes... i dunno what to do...

you said you replaced the injectors,are they stock or larger? Check the connectors on the injectors to see if they are on completely. Usually if you are not getting enough fuel the car will run fine at low rpm but if you rev her up she'll bog down,"symptoms of a clogged fuel filter, bad pump, kinked fuel line dirty injectors." To avoid the grief go to a shop and tell them to put a scanner on it, it cost about $35 bucks and they will find the problem.
