for those of you who have the magnaflow mufflers i am curious which series you got... according to RRE the race would be raspy on our cars... but those are for 3g 4cyls so i am curious bout ours... Thanx...

I got the steet series. Not Honda sounding at all, nice tone, but no v8 sound here. Sounds nice and deep at idle inside the car with window down, you can hear the low bass from it. I'm very pleased with the sound, and id have to say there is a *slight* rasp to it, esp when the motor is cold, but not a honda rasp. I didn't get my muff form road race, but its the exact same model they sell.

I had a street series and it sounded damn good. No resonator. Not real noisy either. The exhaust shop just about pinch my rear section shut, so I rewelded the whole deal with a dynomax race bullet and glasspack. I have the old muff at my folks house if your interested. It's oval w/ 3" slash cut tip.
