iam putting 8mm wires and ngk plugs will i beable to tell the difference? at all or what?

Not really, you won't get more hp but it will run and idle smooth. I had an eradic idle before I put in my plugs and wires and now she runs fine.

Nope prob not, maybe if you fiddle with spark plug gap, ive got mine at .050

i did in the upper rpms, but i also put in hotter plugs and the old plugs had been in there for about 45,000 miles and the electrodes were round as bowling balls.
