There are 4 in all(front,back,left,right)... but the motor mount inserts are for the front and rear. Check the "things we have seen before" under a thread called "energy suspension motor mount inserts"
There is a pretty good writeup for installing those. That post will also answer any questions you may have about them. Have fun!
