I'm gonna change mine because its been leaking around the spark plugs, i have searched and found that you need the main gasket and 4 plug well gaskets. now i'm just wondering if there is anything hard about it. or if its easy. also does anybody know what the torque specs are for all the bolts? thanks guys. -Josh

corbin has a pimp write up.
the only "special" special tool u need is a 8mm deep socket. i dunno his site off hand, but i think its linkd on the main page.

get some blur rtv silicone too
put some in each corner and on the cam sensor seal
just unbolt the coil pack and then unbolt the vc.. 8mm deep socket you will need
clean it up really good and put the new gasket and spark plug gaskets in
tq specs on VC is 1-3lbs
