Its late and time for some crazy idea. What would it take to get 14000rpm out of our engine, if ont possible I will settle for 12000?

HUGE TITANIUM RODS PERFECT ENGINE BALANCE STRENGTHENED BLOCK $100,000 RACE BUDGET
These are the main things needed, probably gonna need a LOT of things to make this work.

the valvetrain wouldn't be able to take it either

HAHA, I'll stick to a simpler rpm goal ;)

stick to rasing the rev-limiter ANY keeping the stock ecu... you'll be very popular.

I think pure rage wanted to try 10,000 rpms on his race head.
Too bad girls suck and have to go ruining stuff.

My auto shifts at 7000 for some reason. (my secret) I am working on getting a pic of it shifting that high as proof or maybe a vid cause should only shift at 64??. tcu controlled but hey I'll take it.

I don't think most people here are ready for high revs, from what I've learned you need to tune the car more for the high revs, like 2.5 catback, better header than offered by most companies(IE custom job), maybe a quad tb, if you don't it just keeps dropping off past 6800 or whatever our power peak is and won't help. Also I think you would lose a fair amount of low-end tuning for the high. Ohh and the valve springs float past 7200rpm so some better ones are needed. Where can I get some better springs?

I don't know about you, but my AUTO shifts at 7 on WOT.......is this bad? there's supposed to be a limiter isn't there

Just by porting my manifold my stock cams pulled to 7000 rpm. The cams I have now pull past there, not sure how far since the ECU stops me at 7200.
Also I think you would lose a fair >amount of low-end tuning for the high.
SO WHAT, how often do you use the low end?
Ohh and the valve >springs float past 7200rpm so some better ones are needed. >Where can I get some better springs?
CNNPRacing.com makes Dual Springs with Titanium retainers. Crane makes single springs with Titanium retainers. Mopar makes springs but no one seems to recommend them, something about them breaking past 7200.

Yeah I know that low-end torque aint the biggest thing, I would rather have a lot of high end than a flat curve, I'm just telling people that they will lose their precious low-end for sake of high end tuning.
