Anyone milled there head? Any ideas exactley how much compression is raised by shaving it like 30 over? Does Howell or anyone carry a THICK head gasket for this process.

You want to mill the head, and then add a thicker head gasket? Are you trying to increase or reduce compression? Milling will increase, using a thicker head gasket will reduce.

Do a search through the forums we've discussed this is some detail. But you definately do NOT want a thicker gasket. Milling a head will increase compression. .030" would be roughly .7:1 compression ratio raise (This is a rough estimate done in my head quickly so it's not an exact number.) BUt a thicker head gasket would negate the effects of milling.
