i was just wondering what a stroker kit will do for my 99 rs and if anyone has a dyno of a stroker kit also what dose it do?

2.4 bottom end swaps on neon's (as per mopar magazine) has said that it won't really affect HP, but torque will increase by like... 50 lbs.

I thought horsepower comes from torque, unless it makes more low-end torque.

horsepower is a calculation of torque and rpm (i think). it will help hp but i think more help on the torque side.
