Hey I was getting ready to purchase a Cold air intake and was wondering what size tubing would be the best or the biggest Cold air intake piping they sell for a 97 GS. I was going to buy the one from speedpeople they want $99 for theirs and it has 2 1/2" piping. I would think that a bigger pipe would be better but than again I really don't know thats why im asking. But all I want to know is what size piping is the best to increase my hp the most and where to get it for the cheapest price possible. THX

Can't help ya on which size too get, but check E-bay or the wanted/for sell, section. Some is always trying to get rid of one cuz of going turbo. I got my AEM from landspeed.com for $185 with free shipping (first time cumstomer).

i dont think size is too much an issue.. just as long as it is straight through from filter to throttle body, you will have no problems. it all bottle necks at the TB anyways, and since the air isnt force induced, than it will only alow as much air in as the TB will allow it i would guess.
