well I have a head coming in the mail And I am planing on putting stainless oversized valves and crane cams springs and retainers in. My question is Do I have to have anything else done? seats, valve guides, etc. Also does anyone know where to get the valves. Does howell have em? Thanks.

Howell pretty much has everything you need. I believe they will sell it all to you in a package if you want. You can also check places like CNNP or Forward Motion.

Where did you buy your head at? Every place I talk to either doesn't have them or is out of them.
