12- pulled a battery terminal a while back, didn't you?

21 - you've got a bad O2 sensor somewhere, or a busted wire on one of them.

55 - that's it.

On the 12 code, you don't even have to pull the cable to get that one. If the voltage reading in the battery gets a little low, sometimes it will throw it. You will never know the difference but you can still get the code. No problem there.

What do you use to read these codes, and where can I get the device?

Yeah that 21 is such a nice one...just got done shelling out 230 damn dollars to replace my front O2 sensor. Hoping I got the right one, light has stayed out, but then again it was always sporadic anyways. on and of alot so hopefully it is off for good.

the code number 55 is nothing to worry about it's just tellin you that it's all the codes your car is showing... more less a closing thing.... but you have to watch out cause i heard the three key turn really isn't all that reliable is what a dodge dealer told me.
